Men’s Work

I facilitate an ongoing men’s group dedicated to the development of mature, embodied masculinity within a supportive and intentional community. This work is designed for men who are seeking deeper connection—to themselves, to others, and to a life lived with greater authenticity, presence, and purpose.

The group is intentionally small, consisting of eight men, and meets twice a month for 90 minutes. Each session begins with a guided meditation to support grounding, emotional regulation, and heart-centered presence. From there, participants are invited into a structured check-in, learning to locate and articulate their lived experience—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—within the safety of the group container.

The remainder of each gathering is discussion-based and experiential, evolving in response to what is most alive in the group. Early in the group’s formation, we explored King, Warrior, Magician, Lover by Moore and Gillette, establishing a shared language for understanding masculine archetypes, shadow patterns, and the process of psychological and spiritual maturation.

In the summer of 2025, the group participated in a weekend retreat focused on grief work, inspired by Francis Weller’s The Wild Edge of Sorrow. Through nature-based ritual, symbolic engagement with grief, and deep relational witnessing, participants were invited to honor both personal and collective loss. The retreat culminated in a powerful ritual experience supported by live music, guided narration, and archetypal themes—offering an embodied and integrative encounter with grief and renewal.

Group members have also engaged in in-depth personal inquiry through autobiographical presentations exploring lifelong relational and behavioral patterns. These offerings create space for profound insight, accountability, and compassion, while strengthening trust and cohesion within the group.

Currently, the group is exploring Stan Tatkin’s Wired for Love, supporting men in developing greater awareness of attachment styles, nervous system regulation, and the foundations of secure, resilient relationships. I am in the process of creating a second Men’s group with a limit of 8 participants. Prior to becoming a member of the men’s group, we would work individually together to assure that it would best suit your needs.

This work may be a good fit if you are seeking:

  • Greater emotional depth and authenticity

  • Improved communication and relational skills

  • A mindfulness-based approach to personal growth

  • Support in working with grief, attachment, and life transitions

  • A committed circle of men engaged in meaningful inner work

If you feel drawn to this work, I invite you to reach out to explore whether we would be a good fit to begin therapy or group work together.
